24 Weeks!

What Baby's Up To:
So this week the little man is apparently the size of a Cantaloupe! I'm not totally sure why the size of fruit even changed because his weight and length is approximately the same as last week. *shrugs* He doesn't seem to be up to much this week either. His skin is becoming more pink and opaque. Taste buds are now fully formed although he won't be tasting anything for a few more months. As for my own observations, he's an active little guy! Always moving around and kicking/punching me all over the place. In the next couple weeks I'll start a kick count and see just what his schedule is like. Which I'm doing for fun, not because I have to.

How I'm Feeling: 
Well, despite my optimism last week, I had Simon confirm that I do indeed have one stretch mark. One of my bestfriends told me that Bio Oil really helps, so I'm probably going to try that out. Hopefully one is all I get. Still feeling pretty good, starting to have some trouble getting comfortable at night. Heart burn is a pain in the butt and my back is more sore than not these days.

AND, look what came in the mail yesterday!!!!!! Our car seat!!! It was so exciting. It also took me about 3/4 of an hour to figure out how to get it out of the base.....
